The ENVITED research cluster is a long-term and member-driven initiative with the goal of adding strategic value to Simulation through new methods, collaborative processes and cross-domain knowledge transfer. This takes place in four key areas: INNOVATION HUB: New research and (pre-) standardisation approaches are to be evaluated in working groups and advanced to concrete collaborative research projects, which are financed by the public sector or by cluster contributions. DATA POOL: The ENVITED Data Market and the Open Source Model & Simulation Library (OpenMSL) aims to make shared and highy quality Simulation data from different sources available to cluster members. ECOSYSTEM: In order to unlock the full potential of simulations, credible Simulation methods and processes must be developed that enable virtual acceptance of highly automated vehicle functions. The Ecosystem is intended to research and advance methodologies for machine-supported continuous proof of Validation of automated driving functions across different company boundaries. CAREER CHANNEL: The increasing digitisation in the development process and the use of the latest Simulation technologies require new, well thought out training and further education concepts. Based on the expert knowledge of the cluster members, the ENVITED academy is to provide training concepts and measures on current and future developments. neurocat provides innovative solutions to ensure safety compliance and comprehensive data coverage of AI systems in the automotive and mobility sector. Through our aidkit software we enable companies to identify vulnerabilities and data gaps in their perception models in order to mitigate risk across the different ODD scenarios their ADAS and ADS systems will encounter.
In addition to being a guide for additional data collection, aidkit users can directly import generated artefacts for model retraining and generate new ODD scenarios to discover unanticipated interaction effects and correlations. By integrating all these component tests directly into our clients’ MLOps workflow aidkit ensures maximum performance during system tests and eventual on-time deployment.
As a leader and community contributor to ML robustness (DIN SPEC 92001-1/92001-2) and automotive AI safety standardization (ISO/AWI PAS 8800) our aidkit tool is always updated to help our clients meet their regulatory obligations and customers’ expectations. AI is changing the way the world moves; neurocat and aidkit move your AI into the world. (www.neurocat.ai/)
