Faster safety evidence: How simulation credibility accelerates virtual testing

This talk outlines a practical, end-to-end approach for establishing Simulation credibility, to enable faster and more reliable safety statements based on trustworthy virtual test results. These test results can be effectively leveraged for Homologation. A Simulation credibility test strategy framework for an ADAS/AD function is introduced that clarifies what is required to verify and validate Simulation based test tool chains to achieve the required volume of safety relevant testing within realistic time and cost constraints.
