Export tool to generate CHI (Controller Host Interfaces) files to stimulate a couple of ECUs described in a FIBEX file

The CHI Generator reads the FIBEX file and supports the CHI export of the communication controllers Bosch E-Ray, FreeScale MFR4200, MFR4300, MFR4310, MPC5567 and Fujitsu MB88121, MB91F465X. The physical ECUs of an RBS (remaining bus simulation) together with a number of ECUs, which are to be simulated, will be defined, and thus a CHI file for an ECU simulating the remaining bus will be exported.
