The ease of use, quick configuration and great flexibility will make your application a breeze. Automotive testing at the test bench or in a prototype vehicle – a FlexDevice overcomes all challenges. Our standalone hardware is your ideal companion for ECU testing and manipulation. A computer is not necessary during operation. Data logging can be carried out on the internal or external SD card.
Create gateway configurations or restbus simulations with just a few clicks – there’s no need for extensive programming knowledge. Super simple drag&drop commands in combination with the graphical user interfaces enable intuitive operation.

FlexConfig RBS supports all conventional bus systems, such as CAN (-FD, -HS), FlexRay, standard Ethernet, automotive Ethernet (100BASE-T1, 1000BASE-T1), LIN and SENT.
Our flexible product design enables quick adaptation to all network description formats such as FIBEX (.xml), CANdb (.dbc) or AUTOSAR (.arxml), thereby making our devices future-proof and flexible. With a boot time of <200 ms, a FlexDevice behaves just like a regular control unit and is immediately ready for your application.

Pioneering technologies are swiftly incorporated into our products. We have already integrated data encryption via end-to-end protection (SecOC) and use of a shared time base (global time master), making them immediately available for your application.

We have a solution for this, too. Easy transfer to a tablet or smartphone via wifi. With the FlexConfig Analyzer, you can adjust which data is displayed according to your requirements.

Functionalities
The CHI Generator reads the FIBEX file and supports the CHI export of the communication controllers Bosch E-Ray, FreeScale MFR4200, MFR4300, MFR4310, MPC5567 and Fujitsu MB88121, MB91F465X. The physical ECUs of an RBS (remaining bus simulation) together with a number of ECUs, which are to be simulated, will be defined, and thus a CHI file for an ECU simulating the remaining bus will be exported.

The FlexMedia 1000BASE-T1 is a converter for 100/1000BASE-T1 to 100/1000BASE-TX and vice versa. With the FlexMedia 1000BASE-T1, it is possible to connect an automotive Ethernet network to a standard PC for testing or diagnostic purposes. It supports up to 1000 Mbit/s in full duplex mode on both sides.
