Aftertreatment Calibration, Powertrain Controls & OBD Development & Calibration:

Design, Development & Validation of PowerTrain OBD-II:
o Powertrain ECU OBD Functionality to suit the legislative OBD-II requirements for CARB, EPA, EU & Indian regions for communication protocols ISO 9141,ISO 14230-4,ISO 15765-4,SAE J1939 protocols complying SAE J1979,ISO 15031and SAE J1939 specific OBD-II Implementation requirements
o Vehicle Level OBD-II compliance requirements as per SAE J1699-3/SAE J1939-84 compliance standards in manual & automated modes
o Customized SAE J1699-3 & SAE J1939-84 compliance test cases to suit IOBD- II legislative requirements for BS-IV & BS-VI regulations
o Developed OBD-II Monitors for power-train ECUS (Engine Mgmt. & Automatic Transmission) for Petrol, CNG Engines, Diesel After Treatment Control units like SCR & DPF & Hybrid categories
o ODX, PASSTHRU, MVCI Compliance required for Power-train EOBD/CARB OBD-II as per ISO 22901-2, ISO 22900 & SAE J2534 standardized app
Developed & validation of Vehicle Diagnostics & In-Vehicle Network:
o IVN & Diagnostics functionality for K-line, CAN, J1939, LIN Protocols in ECUs from RFQ, Alpha, Beta & Series stages of ECU & Vehicle Development
