The Data Analytics Platform provides different working workflows and analysis, such as: • Scenario-based Testing: enabling scenario extraction and evaluation from accumulated mileage, including scenarios analysis, evaluation of pass/fail criteria, KPIs and coverage analysis. • OpenScenario XML Generation: automatically converting raw recorded driving data into OpenScenario XML, along with its corresponding OpenDrive file. IVEX Vehicle Dynamics Information Generator (VDIG)

Type

Virtual sensing software for estimating hard-to-measure vehicle dynamics quantities based on commonly available sensors

Functionalities

Estimate hard-to-measure vehicle dynamics quantities such as sideslip angle and tire forces based solely on commonly available input sensors including steering wheel angle sensor, wheel torques, IMU and wheel speed encoders. The software returns next the estimated quantities also their covariance, indicating the certainty of the estimation algorithm and allows to perform detailed observability analysis to determine an optimized sensor set towards estimation performance.
