Measurement and Calibration Tool / ECU Interface

RAMScope-EXG (GT170 series) is a high-speed RAM monitor tool for evaluating and testing the performance, quality and safety of ECU control software. Available on desks, test benches, laboratories, and in vehicles. It connects directly to the debug interface (JTAG) of the microcomputer mounted on the ECU to measure and collect measurement variables (RAM data) without imposing a load on the control application. RAMScope-EXG's expandable modules enable synchronous measurement of variables (RAM data), CAN data, and analog signals of multiple microcomputers. This improves the efficiency of software development, verification, and evaluation testing. RAMScope-EXG is used in the development of many vehicles and ECUs such as power trains (engines, HEVs, EVs), BMSs and chassis, AD / ADAS, and body ECUs because it supports a wide variety of microcomputers. The open interface of ASAM (XCP on Ethernet) also enables cooperation with other MC tools and HILS systems.

RAMScopeVP is a MC tool for Windows PC. RAMScopeVP (PC) can be connected to RAMScope-EXG to display measurement data online in synchronization with RAM, CAN, and analog measurement data, and log collection. You can also view and analyze those logs collected offline. You can set up a RAM monitor environment with an A2L file or a compiler debug information file. In addition, log data can be saved as MDF or CSV, so it can be linked with other tools. Rewriting RAM data and transmitting CAN data are effective for functional testing and evaluation of software. RAMScopeVP also provides optional software for reprogramming (Flashing) and calibration. The open interface of ASAM (ASAP3) makes it possible to link with test automation systems.
