Requirements on a standardized test specification and call for candidates

The concept project ASAM OpenTestSpecification aims at the development of concepts for an overarching Standard for test specifications for automotive development and Validation.
In the predecessor project ASAM TestSpecification Study Group, an overview of the complex ecosystem and the associated heterogeneous use cases was created. A standardized test Specification must serve the latter in order to be usable across test instances and organizations. Findings of the group, including a matrix-based view on test environments and test methods, were published in the ASAM TestSpecification Study Group Report.
Within the ASAM Concept Project OpenTestSpecification, the collected requirements were further elaborated and concretized. On this basis, proprietary formats and existing standards shall be identified, examined and evaluated as potential basis for standardization.
In this webinar, the collected requirements were presented and the further procedure for the identification and evaluation of potential candidates were outlined. The event therefore particularly aimed at individuals or organizations that would like to recommend a potential candidate as basis for standardization.
