ASAM OpenODD V1.0.0 - Proposal Workshop

After the publication of the ASAM OpenODD concept, ASAM now plans to move forward with the development of the A public specification, which has been developed by experts in a defined consensus-driven development process and was released by officials that represent a significant share of the industry for which it is targeted, giving the specification the necessary legitimacy to be called a 'Standard'.Standard. The ASAMOpenODD concept proposes to specify a language concept as well as a machine-readable format to allow users to share, compare and re-use ODD definitions. ASAM held a proposal workshop to present the goals of the A public specification, which has been developed by experts in a defined consensus-driven development process and was released by officials that represent a significant share of the industry for which it is targeted, giving the specification the necessary legitimacy to be called a 'Standard'.Standard as well as the technical concepts which have been elaborated in the concept project. The proposal shall be further developed within the next weeks.
