Automotive Solution Center for Simulation e.V.
The asc(s – Automotive Solution Center for Simulation e.V. – is a non-profit association promoting the research and implementation of innovative Simulation methods in the virtual vehicle development process. Since 2008, we have been networking leading players from industry and science. To this end, we bundle the interests and needs of our members in the pre-competitive field. Our current group of about 50 members includes automotive manufacturers and suppliers, software and hardware vendors, engineering service providers, universities and research facilities. Our members are on a par with each other, irrespective of borders, and use their expertise to actively shape curent and future challenges within an open association. Translating the vision of autonomous driving into reality requires a fundamental digital transformation. Computer Simulation is going to be a game changer as a strategic element of both product development and product life cycle.

Modelica Association
The Modelica Association is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with the aim of developing and promoting open and coordinated standards for system modelling and Simulation. Especially, the development and Specification of the open Modelica language as well as the development and refinement of corresponding modeling Libraries, most essentially the Modelica Standard Library. And the development and distribution of collaborative industrial standards for modeling and Simulation such as the Functional Mock-Up Interface (FMI), FMI for Embedded Systems (eFMI), System Structure and Parameterization (SSP), and the Distributed Co-Simulation Protocol (DCP). FMI is the leading Standard to exchange dynamic Simulation models – supported by 220+ tools. The FMI Project additionally defines Layered Standards on top of the FMI Standard for domain-specific extensions such as FMI-LS-XCP for XCP-Support of FMUs, FMI-LS-BUS for network Simulation and FMI-LS-STRUCT for structuring of parameters and support for n-dimensional maps. At the booth we will demonstrate of these new capabilities extending the FMI 3.0 Standard. (https://modelica.org/association/ | https://fmi-standard.org/ )
The Safety Pool™ Scenario Database (& SUNRISE project)
The Safety Pool™ Scenario Database is the world’s largest public repository of test scenarios for automated driving systems (ADS). The Database has been developed by WMG, The University of Warwick (UK) and Deepen AI to support the development, Verification, and Validation of ADS’s. Currently there are in excess of 250,000 scenarios populating the Database. The founders are part of the EU Horizon Europe SUNRISE project to establish a harmonised European wide safety assurance framework for connected and automated mobility systems.
