Date: March 17, 2026 - March 18, 2026
Location: ASAM e.V.
In 2026, the ASAM members will elect a new Technical Steering Committee (TSC). The TSC is composed of up to twelve representatives and provides oversight on all technical matters and Standard development projects. The committee defines the ASAM standards development process, ensures cross-Standard harmonization, avoids redundancies and controls the budgets of Standard development projects. The TSC approves project proposals, monitors project progress and releases standards through regularly scheduled meetings. To learn more about the TSC work click here
To run for the ASAM TSC, you must:
Please note: All members are invited to apply. You do not have to be the main contact of your company to run for office!
Each member company has determined one main representative for ASAM concerns. This "ASAM Main Contact" is the person who is responsible for casting the vote for the member company. You will be able to find this person on your MyASAM page after logging in to the ASAM website.
If a Main Contact does not have the chance to cast the vote him- or herself, (s)he can appoint another person (member!) to do so for him/her. However, this must be indicated to ASAM beforehand by submitting the Power of Authority to Vote
All persons with voting rights will receive an email with the voting procedure in Jan 2026. The access to the online voting tool will be sent out on Mar 17, 2026. The polling will start on Mar 17, 2026 and will remain open for 24 hours. This way, ASAM members all over the world have the chance to cast their votes.
If you think you should be eligible to vote in the name of your company but have not received the email in January, please contact kathrin.wulff(at)asam.net.
You find the main contact on the ASAM website ("MyASAM" - only visible when logged in).
In accordance with the ASAM Statutes from April 28, 2016, the TSC Elections will be held online:
The polling will start on
Mar 17, 2026 at 15:30 CEST
and close on
Mar 18, 2026 at 15:30 CEST
24 hours before the polling starts, our partner "Polyas" will send an email with voting instructions and credentials to all member "Main Contacts". The "Main Contact" is the official representative of the member company and elegible to cast the vote in the name of the member company.
All ASAM Main Contacts will receive an email with the voting procedure. If you are the main contact but have not received this email, please contact kathrin.wulff(at)asam.net
