Responsibilities:

Yash Shah serves as a Technology Manager at ASAM e.V., where he contributes to the development and management of technical standards. He is responsible for supervising and supporting the further development of ASAM OpenDRIVE® and ASAM OpenSCENARIO® Extensible Markup Language (W3C Standard)XML and collaborates with industry stakeholders to support ongoing standardization efforts. His role involves ensuring alignment with ASAM’s technology roadmap and coordinating with service providers to maintain quality results.

Background:

Yash Shah has over six years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on technical implementation and project management. Before joining ASAM in 2024, he worked as a Field Application Engineer and Technical Project Manager, supporting clients with technical solutions, troubleshooting, and The process of determining that a system performs and meets the needs for identified end users.Validation test drives, while managing project planning, client communication, and road test data collection. Earlier in his career, he served as a Development Engineer, specializing in advanced driver assistance systems (Advanced Driver-Assistance SystemsADAS) and vehicle electronics.
