K&S supports its customers in the management and financial controlling of public funded collaborative R&D projects, both German national funding and various EC funding instruments (Horizon 2020, ECSEL, PENTA, ...). This includes also the continuous monitoring of relevant calls based on client-specific requirements. We further support various standardization activities of our clients.

Our expertise covers the following sectors: automotive, mobility, ICT, semiconductor, energy, aviation. Project consortia typically range from 8 to 20, sometimes up to 35 partners.

Our project management support services are based on the international standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI), with some of our staff being certified Project Management Professionals (PMP).
