Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

As a product and technology Manager Diego's role involves managing our existing standards, ensuring adherence to our technology roadmap, and overseeing service providers to guarantee the quality of work results. Currently he is responsible for supervising and supporting the ASAM Quality Checker and the ASAM OpenMATERIAL® & 3D model structure group. He is also the ASAM representative in the collaboration between ASAM and IAMTS for the creation of a test environment Certification white paper.

Background:

Diego is a professional with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. As an HIL tester for autonomous driving, he conducted meticulous manual and automated system tests, validated software on test benches, and collaborated with both customers and development teams. 

Prior to this, Diego worked as a project engineer, specializing in data management, where he implemented software and hardware changes in E/E control units, managed releases, controlled suppliers and ensure the coordination of the software delivery process.

He also worked as a problem manager, where he oversaw product development, ensuring strict adherence to quality requirements. His responsibilities ranged from setting up test stations to coordinating various departments and suppliers, with a dedicated focus on requirements management and error analysis.
