SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
(m/f/d)
Your Role
- Work with our team to jointly plan and roll out improvements to the IT infrastructure - both for internal use and for our members worldwide
- Install, configure, and maintain the IT infrastructure and related hardware
- Migrate existing content and implement new functionalities
- Manage, optimize, and continually develop SSO solutions
- Provide user training and support on the application of the IT Infrastructure
- Coordinate service providers and suppliers in IT-related projects
- Create and maintain documentation on ASAM’s IT-related processes
Your Qualification
- IT specialist, or bachelor, or master’s degree in computer science or engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in system administration
- In-depth knowledge in collaborative tools like Gitlab, GitHub, Confluence, Jira, etc.
- Experience with public cloud platforms, deployment processes, containerization, and orchestration tools
- Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby/Rails, JavaScript, and bash
- Experience with user and system management in MS 365
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (oral and written)
- Diligent, well-structured, and thorough working style
- Problem-solving and “automate everything” attitude
- Comfortable with working in teams and in self-organized settings
- Inherently motivated and fascinated by our business domain
